Questions people ask first.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your Ongati page opens in the browser from a link or QR code. Customers don't need to install an app to view your business or book.
Do I still need a website?
Not necessarily. Ongati can work as your customer-facing page on its own or alongside a website you already have.
Can I bring my existing customer list?
Yes. Import up to 5,000 customers at a time from a UTF-8 CSV or Excel .xlsx file with a name and email address or phone number. Importing a contact does not opt them into marketing or text messages.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your business returns to Free when your paid plan ends. Your Public Page, permanent QR, appointments, Customers, and Reviews remain. Paid-plan tools pause, and Free supports one bookable provider.
How do I get my QR printed?
Download it at print resolution from your dashboard and take it to your preferred printer. It works on signage, vehicle decals, packaging labels, and business cards.
What if I have more than six providers?
Growth includes six providers. You can add more for $8/month or $80/year each, starting with provider seven. Contact sales if your setup needs something more custom.
Does Ongati process my customers' service payments?
Ongati can record business-side payment information and revenue, but it does not collect or hold the service appointment payment for you. Customers pay through the method your business uses.
